This tutorial provides an overview of all the menu options available in the Customer Account when you logged in. If you are having trouble understanding how one of these options works or can’t find the option you’re looking for then you’ve found the right tutorial.

Edit my Account Information

This is the information that will be displayed on your profile and portfolio pages if you select the ‘Contact Me’ options.

Edit entries in my Address Book

Your address book can contain upto 5 addresses. You can use this to enter different shipping or billing addresses.

However please note that if your shipping and billing address are not the same it is very possible that your order may fail our credit card validation process. Because we deal in high value goods we are a target for fraud and thus must use considerably stricter security checks than most online stores.

Using different billing and shipping address is the number one sign that an order is fraudulent as it allows fraudsters to use someone else’s billing information while having the goods shipped to an address where they can easily have access to them.
