Information collected is stored at one of Yahoo’s secure datacenters.  All sensitive information such as passwords and banking details are also protected by a powerful encryption algorithm. When the information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected it is deleted.

Pickin’Art respects individual privacy and values the confidence of its artists and customers. We strive to collect, use and disclose personal information in a manner consistent with the laws of the countries in which we do business and aim to uphold the highest ethical standards in our business practices. your details will only be known to Pickin’Art staff that have agreed to our nondisclosure policy and will be disclosed to a third party only in circumstances in which such disclosure is legally authorised, such as in the investigation of a criminal offence and in compliance with a search or subpoena.

We reserve the right to submit fraudulent customers to the customer2avoid.com blacklist and to notify the authorities. Activities which constitute online fraud may include but is not limited to:
