Acrylic done on Canvas Stretched Placed in Rural
W:76 | H:61 | D:2 Cm
Painted in 2009
Short Description
Viewed from the high vantage point of Sancreed Beacon, the wintry landscape of Penwith, not far from Lands End in Cornwall, glowed in the late afternoon sunshine and inspired this composition in which the varied forms and colours of fields, hills and cloudscape built for me a kind of counterpoint that I wanted to celebrate in paint.
